Where to get lists of kaomoji (Japanese emoticons)?

Where can I find a downloadable database of Japanese-style emoticons (顔文字, kaomoji, "face characters")? The database should ideally be free.

Examples of kaomoji are: {^.^}, (°Д°), (◕‿◕).
