It seems that Glottolog data repository is the most comprehensive source of machine-readable data. Perhaps the easiest way to access the data is pyglottolog package.

If you are using the R language, then you could try to use the hunspell package: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/hunspell/vignettes/intro.html Since it is open-source, maybe you can extract the data you want for your project.
