Where can I get total electricity consumption of a year of Indian cities?

I need electricity consumption data of cities in India for a year. On CEA (central electricity authority, India) site I have got this data: electricity forecast report They are using electricity consumption data from 2003 to 2018 of cities to forecast future electricity consumption. but they have not included base data. I need actual electricity consumption for at least 200 cities for one year. I would be thankful if you could provide a source related to this.
