I am trying to find Ireland/Eire Lidar data, at approx 2m resolution, for Digital Elevation Models or Digital Terrain Models.
The Ordnance Survey have image files that are close, but these use a custom composite EPSG, and I cannot convert them to another EPSG accurately (with my skills).
I believe BlueSky have lidar data, but it is paywalled and far beyond my budget. Does anyone know or have access to such data, or know how to convert the custom EPSG? The ideal areas would be coastal regions.
