There are a wide variety of UIDs within the healthcare sphere: NPI and DEA being the public ones and HIN being a semi-proprietary one. There are also quite a few general locational UIDs like GLN and just straight-up USPS addresses. These all have their uses, but as none of them are universal within the healthcare supply chain, they often require crosswalks to connect them.
What crosswalks exist within open data to effectively 'translate' between these different systems of IDs? Has anyone ever tried making something that combines more than two?
