I'm looking for a dataset with construction years for (possibly all, or at least as many as possible) buildings in Berlin. As I want to use it in QGIS, an already georeferenced dataset would be ideal, but any data is welcome.
Openstreetmap has some data in start_date key, but just for a few (mostly prominent) buildings. On the Geoportal Berlin, I found a layer Bauperioden/Gebäudealter 1992/93 (construction period), but this does not have precise years, just periods and it seems to reflects the state of 1992/93.
There is an additional Berliner Gebäude Atlas for buildings constructed after 1990 - so what I'm looking for is comparable data for buildings older then 30 years.
