I'm exploring available open-source dictionaries with medical terminologies. I found this but it's limited. Currently focusing on how to make use of NIH. However, the challenge is that I'm running into blocks of text or group of words, this lexicon for example.

Also, seen this question - the first answer is an API which is not what I'm looking for, and the second one - cms.gov also has the same challenge as above.

Most of the sources have sentences or paragraphs, and not list of words.

Other tuberculosis of intestines, peritoneum, and mesenteric glands, bacteriological or histological examination not done

In order to extract the entities like peritoneum, mesenteric etc., we'll have to run NER or keyword extraction. Parsing this could help but there're lot of common words, and the results might not be satisfactory. Is there a source where I can find a flat list of medical terminologies?
