using the documentation here: https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/summary_file/2005/documentation/Chapter_5_tables_summary_list.xls

for ACS 2005: https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/summary_file/2005/

it says that "Total Population Table" (B01003) starts at 221, but within that sequence file there are only 130 columns.

Another weird part is the start position provided doesn't align with the total number of cells in the sequence file. When you add the number of cells together you get 140 which is closer to 130, but there is still 10 inexplicable numbers.

It appears that the true column is 130, as the values are correct for the "Total Population Table".

What am I doing wrong here?
